BTC Pulse is a Bitcoin market-analytics and information app. It shows public market data, wave-structure analysis, and macro-calendar events. This policy explains, plainly, what we do and don't do with your information.
BTC Pulse requires no account. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, or any identifier. We do not have user accounts, logins, or profiles.
Your app preferences (such as your acceptance of the disclaimer and any alert settings) are stored only on your device using standard iOS storage. This information never leaves your phone and is not transmitted to us or anyone else.
To display market data, the app fetches information from our server at api.waynesecurities.com over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Like any web server, ours may temporarily record standard technical log entries (including IP address) for security and reliability. These logs are not used to identify you, are not linked to any profile, and are never sold or shared.
BTC Pulse contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use data brokers. We do not track you across apps or websites.
If you enable event alerts, notifications are scheduled locally on your device from public calendar-event times. We do not operate a remote push service in this version and therefore send you nothing from our servers.
BTC Pulse is not directed at children and is intended for adults interested in financial-market information.
